Thank you for your interest in the SBS Mombasa – we are excited about what we can achieve together for Gods glory and the extension of His kingdom! Youth With A Mission is an international, interdenominational Christian missionary movement staffed by volunteers, brought together by the same goal and vision to present the gospel of the Kingdom of God, revealing Jesus to all nations through evangelism, training and mercy ministries.

The information below will give you a guideline to a successful application, when things are not clear, please do contact us.

Your application contains three main parts.

1. Personal Information. This part of the Application should be filled up online. The online application is provided below on this page. All dates should be written in the international format: day, month, year (i.e. 19^th April 2008). The question about your salvation experience (how you came to be born again) in the Christian Experience section is very important – your application will not be considered if you have not filled this in. You are required also to fill in the health section.

2. Printable forms: These forms relate with information not sought for in your online application because they require your commitment and signature. All the three forms are downloadable from a link provided below.

• • Health form: This health Form B (Form A was already handled online) must be filled by a licensed Physician or Doctor and must either be posted/mailed, or you can scan the form and e-mail it back to us.
  • Release of Liability form: Please ensure you read and understand the information in this form before filling or signing. If need be, you can seek guidance from your family, relatives, or guardians.
  • Fee Commitment form: Fill this form as required. This form is key to your acceptance

3. Reference forms. Include the names of your 2 referees in the slot provided on the personal information online form accompanied by their contacts. Ensure you ask for their consent and willingness. After your submission, we will send them reference forms to fill up online for you. Your references should be someone in the church who knows you well – your Pastor, Youth Leader, Home Group Leader, or your former DTS leader if you did your DTS within the last 1 year. The second one should be a friend, work colleague, or relative (not parents or siblings) who knows your character and calling well.  

Remember to follow them up and remind them to fill out the forms and send back to us…this is your responsibility.

Non refundable registration fee which is used for administration purposes is as follows:-
